Before launching Capita, Nick worked with prestigious firms like NAN Properties and Wynnwood Properties, where he developed a sharp eye for design, value, and the evolving needs of modern homeowners. His deep understanding of the luxury real estate landscape, combined with a passion for craftsmanship and functional beauty, led him to create a remodeling firm focused on timeless, modern living.

    Jerry Adams, co-founder of Capita Construction Group, brings a unique blend of precision, resourcefulness, and creative vision to the team. With a background in the oil and gas industry, Jerry developed strong project management skills and a deep understanding of logistics, budgeting, and operational efficiency. His transition into construction was a natural evolution, driven by a lifelong passion for design and hands-on craftsmanship. Outside of Capita, Jerry is also a professional hat maker known for his attention to detail and expert material sourcing—skills that carry over seamlessly into his work in home remodeling.
